That's big question for somebody ! when i send request to GA (Google Adsense) was found little knowlodge, that's about ISO-Latin-1 so check this !

What characters to use in the application

Due to printing constraints with our billing system, we are only able to accept characters from the ISO-Latin-1 character set. Please use any characters from the set below to fill out your name and address.
